Time Management Establishing your own Plan to get Achieving success.


Could you say that you are very busy ? are you usually feel fatigued and have a lot of stress ? Occasionally our end goal is our enemy . sometimes we are concerned with  several missions but can’t achieve the desired result at any of them .the majority of us want to be a great person. If that explains you ,so you have to arrange your goals and missions according to priority .
Create a list of all the things in your daily life that usually take time , This consists of college,work,out door activities,resting, eating,reading,physical exercise,showering,etc. Then calculate the time needed weekly for each activity.  Remember that there is only 168 hrs in a week ,Then you can accommodate your schedule.
Rewrite your list again, however this time try to limit yourself only  to 168 hrs. to do so you have only two choices  1- minimize the weekly time  needed per activity  or   2-  minimizethe number of weekly activity. But take into consideration stopping activities you have fun with may be painful to you,however sometimes it is important to do so.
Here is some tips can be helpful to work effectively :


1. Create an every day to-do checklist. This particular can help you arrange your entire day and stop forgetting essential things .

2. Arrange your items according to priority. Assign each item a rating score 3,2,1. The highest score item must be done as soon as possible .
  
3. Collect identical items together. Try  to make all of your telephone calls at the same time.
          
  4. Find a way to do two activities at the same time . listening to music while cooking ,But take that some activities require your own complete concentrate.

  
5. Recognize and prevent  time  wasters. Stop doing items wastes your surely valuble time.

6. Recognize and prevent disruptions. Keep anything disturbing you away from yourself during doing important Activities.

7. Select the most suitable place to do your work .   
                                                                          
8. Arrange  your work environment.

9. Utilize a powerful processing method.

 10. Do as more as possible during your effective hours. Some people are morning people ,so best time to work is the morning ,and some other people are night people so best time to work is the night.

 11. Manage your time before it manages you .
